Bea Kennedy is an Ohio-based photographer who has had a passion for
photography since she was a teenager. After 20 years of shooting with
film cameras, she switched to digital in 2005 and has captured over
50,000 images since then. Bea studied art in high school and holds a
BA in anthropology, all of which gives her a wide range of experience
and insight from which to draw inspiration.
Bea’s favorite subjects have always been the natural world and the entropy of the man-made world. With her background in anthropology, however, capturing images of people that will become family treasures for generations is equally a passion.
